Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where an express option is offered at checkout, its cost is shown before you pay. You will never be charged a delivery cost that was not displayed on the checkout page.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing.

UK standard delivery typically arrives 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Express, where selected, typically arrives the next working day after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. By law we will deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree a longer period with you; if we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

We ship to the United Kingdom and to the European countries offered at checkout. If your country is not selectable at checkout, we cannot currently deliver to it.

You will receive a confirmation email when you order. Where the carrier provides tracking, we will send it when the parcel is dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@getnanopolish.com with your order reference and we will either trace it, resend it, or refund it.

If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
