NanoPolish is a trading name of Pluriventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC427218, with its registered office at 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1RJ, England. You can reach us at support@getnanopolish.com.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because the item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where a price was displayed in error.

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your delivery country and include VAT where it applies.

The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount charged. We do not add fees after the fact, and we do not bill in a different currency from the one you were quoted.

Payment is taken by Stripe at the time you order. Your card statement will show a descriptor associated with Pluriventures.

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

The product is intended for use on automotive paintwork, on light surface scratches, scuffs and oxidation. It is not intended for deep scratches that have gone through to primer or bare metal.

Follow the instructions supplied. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first. We are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

Text, images and video on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Customer reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences. Results vary with the surface, the depth of the mark, and how the product is used.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
